Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your Renkko subscription at any time from your customer area. You continue to enjoy the features of your plan (Starter, Pro or Business) until the end of the current billing cycle, after which the subscription ends and is not renewed.

No-refund policy

As stated in our terms of sale, we apply a no-refund policy, enforced strictly and uniformly for all our customers. In particular, we do not provide refunds for the following reasons: failure to cancel your subscription before its renewal; unused subscription periods or volumes (qualified quotes); change of mind; mere testing of paid features. Our free trial is precisely designed to let you evaluate the assistant and how it works, and we are happy to answer any question about the Renkko plans before you subscribe.

Exception: prolonged technical issue

We only provide a refund where you are unable to use or access the Service for a prolonged period as a result of a technical issue attributable to us. If you believe you are in this situation, please contact us within a reasonable period of time at [email protected] so that we can review your request.
